Fenugreek and potato sabji
Steps

Take chopped fenugreek and potatoes.
- 2
In pan add all ingredients and mix properly with our hand. So fenugreek will leave it's moisture that will reduce it's bitter taste.

Now add 1/2 cup water and cook for 15 minutes on low flame till water absorbs and potatoes are cooked.
- 4
Now it's ready to eat with fulka rotis.
