Chany ki daal chun kar achi tarhan dho kar thori dair pani mein soak krny ke baad thora salt or 2.5 glass pani add kar ke pressure mein 5-6 mins paka lein(ziada tender nai krna)

Ek pan mein oil garam kar ke onion add kar ke light brown hony tak paka ke ginger garlic garlic paste add kar dein

Phir tomatoes add kar ke thora soft hony tak pakain phir haldi namak,laal mirch or pisa dhaniya add kar ke thora pani aad kar ke 5 mins pkain

Jab masala oil chor dy to daal add kar dein or boiled ki hui daal wala pani b sath hi dalna hai

Phir tez heat par ek 2 boil aney par pkain phir flame ko low kar dein

Or itni dair pkain ke daal masaly mein mix hojaye phir pisa garam masala,hari mirchen,adrak or hara dhaniya daal dein.. daal ready hai
