Steps

Take poha in a plate. Wash it and drain. Leave very little water so that the poha is soft.

In a mixing bowl add poha spinach and grated paneer.

Add all spices, green chilli, onion and coriander leaves.

The dough for tikki is ready.
- 5
Heat some oil in a kadai. Grease the hands and take small part of dough and make the shape of tikki.

Drop the tikki in the hot oil. Fry all of them til golden.
- 7
Once fry take out in a kitchen towal and place in a plate.
- 8
Enjoy the crispy and crunchy tikki with sauce or chutney.
