Caramelize the half cup sugar with 1 tsp water in a hot pan.stir it till sugar turn brown, then add broken cashewnuts. Stir it 2 mins. Remove from heat. Transfer it into a butter paper. Cool it and crush it.

Make Butterscotch sauce. Caramelise the remaining half cup sugar with 1 tbsp water. Stir it till the sugar melts and turn brown. Then add butter, stir it well till butter melts. Add half cup fresh cream. Stir it on low heat 5 min till it becomes sauce consistency.

Spread butterscotch sauce on each bread slices. Place it on the buttered pudding mould. Keep it aside.

Beat the whipping cream till peaks and fluffy then add 2 tbsp butterscotch sauce and whisk it.

Transfer it on the bread slices then crushed caramelise nuts.

Decorate it with Butterscotch sauce. Refrigerate it for15min.
