Ingredients

30 minutes

  • For aloo cutlets
  • 1 kgboiled potatoes peeled and mashed
  • 1 tspsalt
  • half tsp black pepper
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • half tsp all spice
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1egg
  • Oil for frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add mashed potatoes. Add in salt, red chili powder, black pepper, all spice and chaat masala. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Make kebabs. Beat the egg. Dip the cutlets in egg and shallow fry the kebabs.

    Serve aloo cutlets with tea.
