  • 1 cupchopped spinach
  • 250 gmwheat flour
  • 1/2 Tspcumin powder
  • 1 Tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 Tbspsalt
  • 1 Tspchaat masala
  • 1 Tbspkasoori methi
  • 2medium boiled and meshed potato
  • as neededOil or butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take chopped spinach along with flour and grated potato.Add all the spices and mix it.

    Now add little water and make a soft dough.Rest the dough for 10 min.Make the balls and roll it.

    Add little butter to the pan,heat it and cook the rolled paratha.Serve it with Boondi raita.
