Ingredients

60 minutes
5.6 servings
  • 1Whole chicken
  • 1Lahori chargah masala packet
  • 4 tablespoonLemon juice
  • half cupOil
  • 1 cupDahi
  • 2 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  • 2 tspZardey ka rang
  • half cupMilk
  • 2 tbsCorn flour
  • 2 tspChaat masala
  • 2 tspRed chilli flasks

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash your chicken and let it dry

  2. 2

    In a small bowl add dahi and all spices also add lemon mix it well

  3. 3

    Spread masala mixture on chicken well

  4. 4

    Now marinate your chicken for 4 hours

  5. 5

    In patila add half cup milk and your marinated chicken and steam it for 20 minutes

  6. 6

    When it is done remove your chicken... in masala add corn flour paste and make thick masala

  7. 7

    In a large karahi add oil and deep fry chargah for 8 minutes on both sides

  8. 8

    It's ready, serve with rice, french fries, boiled eggs, vegetables

  9. 9
