    ૫,૬ કેળા લેવા,અને જરૂર મજબ ચોકલેટ લવી

    હવે ઘરની દૂધ ની મલાઈ,ઠંડુ દૂધ,ખાડ,ચોકલેટ સીરપ,આ બધૂ એક ગા્ઈન્ડ જાર લઈ લેવુ,

    પછી બધુ ગા્ઈન્ડ કરી લેવુ.

    આમ તો સુમ્ધી ઠંડુ જ છે,પણ વધારે ચીલ્ડ હોય તો સારુ લાગે,એટલે થોડી વાર ઠંડુ થવા મુકવુ,એક સવૅ જાર મા કાઢી લેવુ.(૧૦ કે ૧૫મિનીટ.

    હવે ઠંડુ થઈ જાય એટલે ચોકલેટ થી ગાનિ્સ કરી સવૅ કરવુ.
