Ingredients

15-30min (pre)
2 people
  • 2-3eggs
  • 2big Onions
  • As required Khobra kis(roasted dry coconut powder)
  • As required Ginger garlic coriander leaves jira paste
  • 1big tomato puree
  • 2-3small piece dalchini
  • 3-4cloves
  • 2-3elaichi
  • 1tejpata
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1 teasspoongaram masala
  • 2-3 teaspoonschili powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3-4 table spoonoil
  • 2 cupsWater

Steps

15-30min (pre)
  1. 1

    Take a pan, switch on the flame, take 1 teaspoon oil put chopped onion and saute it then add dalchini, clove and elaichi and saute till it turns to brown.

    Let them cool down and make a paste all.

    Take a pan take 3-4 tablespoons oil, put onion paste and saute 5 mins then add ginger garlic paste and saute.

    After that add tomato puree and saute 5min then add tej patta and all powder masala(turmeric, coriander,chili,garam masala,coconut powdered)and salt to taste and saute 5-6 min.

    Then add boil water because of this we don't lost taste of our masala and looks great.

    Allow to a good boil then after that put egg into it carefully and give a boil some time.

    Garnish with coriander and serve.
