Chinese noddles with manchurian kofta😋

Kofta - Take a bowl add finally chopped vegitables. chopped cabbage, chopped capsicum, ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp onion paste.

Add 1 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, and black pepper powder.

And salt as much as needed..

Mix this all ingredients and make a small balls with this mixture.

Take a pan add 1 cup oil and heat it.

Now deepfry this balls until it becomes golden brown.

Noddles - take a bowl add 1 cup water and 1 cup noddles and boil this noddles for 10 minutes.

Now take a kadhai add 2 tbsp oil. Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.

Add 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped capsicum.

Add chopped cabbage and saute it.

Add 1 chopped spring onion.

Now add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp red chili sauce, 1 tbsp green chili sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar and 1 tbsp chowmein noddles masala.

Mix together.

Add salt, black pepper powder and boiled noddles.

Now add manchurian kofta in noddles and mix it.

Ready to serve.
