Serves 2 servings

2fresh chapatis
4eggs
Salt, to taste
1 inchginger, finely chopped
1onion, finely chopped
Green chili, finely chopped, to taste
Cilantro, finely chopped, to taste
Oil or butter, as needed for cooking

First, beat the eggs with salt and set aside. Keep the chopped vegetables ready.

Add a little butter to a skillet and make an omelette.

Roll the omelette with the chapati and serve with sauce.
