Take a bowl mix gram flour, semolina, salt,red chilli powder, asefetida, chat masala and make a paste/ batter and keep it aside for 10 minutes..

Peel and cut the potatoes round or any shape..

Heat oil in a pan.. Dip the potatoes one by one in the batter and fry..

Fry them till they turns crispy golden colour from both side..

Yummy and crispy potato pakora are ready to serve.. Enjoy them with green chutney or tomato ketchup..
