Mayan Salsa for Game Meats, Seafood, and Pork

Let’s go back to the Mayan jungles of the 1980s. Emerging from those jungles and majestic ceiba trees, among streams and cenotes, we come across a deer, which we hunt for a delicious meal. We load it onto a mule and head to the beach with its white sand and turquoise sea, to prepare it at the foot of ancient ruins, while some helpers dive for conch in the sea and others prepare this delicious salsa for the venison and conch.
