
Beef cream cheese enchiladas
The best enchiladas you will ever have.
Steps

Cook ground beef on stove. Add onions and peppers if fresh.

Drain ground beef.

Put ground beef back in pan. Add peppers if frozen.

Add cream cheese. Cook on medium for 5-10 minutes until all of cream cheese is melted.

Add desired amount to each tortilla.

Put salsa in bottom of 9x13- just enough to cover bottom
- 7
Put tortillas in 9x13. Cover top with just enough salsa to coat them and add shredded cheese of choice on top.

Bake at 350 for about 20-25 mins.
