For paneer gravy... Chop tomatoes roughly.. put it in a jar add green chillies and cashew and grind it finely. Put a pan on gas and add little oil.. now add chopped onion and fry it then add Ginger garlic paste and cook now add the tomato puree.. cook it until oil separate..

Add red chilli powder coriander powder and haldi powder and mix now add garam masala. And cook for 2 mins.

Add little water and adjust consistency. Add paneer and salt as per your taste.

Cover it and cook for 100 min on medium flame. It's ready

For Puri. Take wheat flour in a bowl add salt and ajwain and Knead soft dough.

Cover it and rest for 10 min. Now divide into small balls. And make Puri.. and fry them in hot oil. Serve it with tomato paneer gravy..
