Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 cuprice flour
  • 1 cupjaggery
  • 2 tbspUrad dal flour
  • 2 tspgrated coconut
  • 2 tspghee
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • as neededWater to bind the dough
  • as neededOil for frying
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast Rice flour and Urad daal flour

  2. 2

    Take rice flour, urad daal flour, Ghee, coconut sesame seeds and Cardamom powder together and mix it properly.

  3. 3

    Take a pan. Add jaggery and water. Cook it for 10 minutes. Filter the syrup.

  4. 4

    Add this syrup to flour mix and bind the dough. Give a 1 hour rest.

  5. 5

    Divide into equal portions. Give round shape. And fry till it gets golden.
