Steps

Take the leaves after wash by water.

Then,fry the leaves with oil and all masala powder and salt

Mix the oil and salt with flour and the fried masala leaves with chat masala,carom seeds and pepper.

Then,mix and knead by warm water and make a dough and rest for 20min

Make a log and cut equal slices.

Sprinkle flour on them and roll with rolling pin
- 7
Dry roast them in tawa and shallow fry in tawa with oil.

Then,keep it in plate and serve with chana masala
