(For rice)

Heat butter add chopped garlic fry for a minute add zeera and green chillies.

After 1 minutes add soaked rice with black pepper powder and green leaves,now add water according to your rice add salt and cook till water gets dry, slow the flame on dum position till rice completely cook.

(For khatti daal)

Take a pan add washed moong,masoor daal with g.g paste, tomato chopped, salt,cinnamon stick,red chilli powder, and turmeric powder, add 2cup water and cook till daal gets soft,blend daal with hand blender now add tamarind pulp and add water to desire consistency.

(For baghar)

Heat 1/2cup butter add chopped garlic, cumin,whole red chilli and karri patta,pour it over daal.

(For fish)

Marinate fish with all ingredients and leave for an hour

Fry the fish on medium flame till golden,crispy.
