Mix together semolina, rice flour, wheat flour, crushed cashew, crushed walnuts, chopped ginger, chopped coriander leaves and Crushed black pepper along with 3 cups water to make a thin batter. Set aside for 15 minutes. You can add green chillies also.

Heat a nonstick tawa and pour the prepared batter on it, drizzle ghee on top and cook till it turns brown and crisps.

Fold the dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.

Note: I made it for my kid so I use wheat flour instead of maida flour. For better result you can add maida flour and green chilli.
