  • 1egg
  • 1 cupCustard milk
  • 1/2 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the sides of the bread.

    Cut the breads in to pieces.

    Add the 1/2 cup sugar in pan, caramelize it if you need you can add 1 tsp water.

    Pour it into the bowl or tin, keep it aside.

    Then take bread piece,custard milk and egg and blend it smoothly and pour it in the caramelized tin.

    Cover with foil and steam it for 40 to 45 mins.
