Firstly take a medium Kadhai ya pan and add the water to boil don’t overcook noodles add 1/2 tbs salt to batter boil and 1/2Tea spoon oil because batter result and not sticky noodles 5-10minute to boil Rinse with cold water apply oil and keep aside till your stir. Fry the vegetables

Applying oil and heat add onion, capsicum,cabbage, and fry it 5minute in medium flame

And after add soya sauce and noodles stir fry the noodles and add soya sauce and vinegar stir fry to mix well and salt to taste

At last, add the ketchup and chilli sauce since a Chowmein is cooked on high flame and switch off the flame ready to serve.
