Grind 2 green chilli, 4 garlic cloves, ginger1",1 tsp poppy seeds, 1/2 cup grated coconut. Into a paste

Heat oil. Add 2 green cardamom, 1" cinnamon stick, 2 cloves. Fry for a few minutes. Then fry onion for few minutes. Peel the skin of the carrot and cut into cubes wash properly. Fry the carrot cover and fry for few minutes.

Add turmeric powder, grind paste. Mix...it well. Add water and boil till the carrot become tender.

Add salt. Boil it till it become gravy. Once it is done.

Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilli. Suits for Puris and chappathis
