Ingredients

8-10 minutes
2 servings
  • 5-10Baked canapes
  • 1 cupSprouted sprouts
  • 1ripe mashed avagado
  • 1medium onion finely chopped
  • 1medium tomato finly chopped
  • 1cucumber finely chopped
  • 2 tbspcoriander finely chopped
  • 1small capsicum finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspamchur(dry mango powder)
  • 2 tbspsev
  • 1/2 tbspBlack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbspPeri peri
  • 1medium size carrot finely chopped

Steps

8-10 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly take the avagado and remove the seed and take out the pulp

  2. 2

    Now mash the pulp with fork or even can smash in food processor

  3. 3

    Once done shift it into a glass bowl

  4. 4

    And add finely chopped vegEtables(carrot,onion,tomato,capsicum,cucumbercoriander)

  5. 5

    Mix vegetables very well and add sprouts

  6. 6

    Now add salt, chilli powder, anchor, black pepper powder and mix well

  7. 7

    Now our stuffing for our canapes is ready

  8. 8

    Now take the baked canapes and take a spoonful of stuffing and fill in the canapes

  9. 9

    Now once all canapes are filled at top garnish again with some raw veggies

  10. 10

    Now sprinkle some Peri Peri on top

  11. 11

    And also sprinkle some sev and serve our healthy and tasty non fried canapes chat is ready...
