Crispy prawns with spicy honey and tamarind sauce

Put the prawns in a mixing bowl and mix with salt,ginger garlic paste, black pepper,corn flour, rice flour and turmeric powder and mix all well and leave it aside.

Heat the oil in deep bottom pan. Put prawns into the hot oil one by one. Let them cook 3-5mins until the outside of the prawns turn a little crunchy and golden.

Transfer the prawns one by one into a plate that lay with kitchen towel.

Make spicy honey and tamarind sauce :Heat oil in the pan. Add onion and green chili and fry until brown. Add soya sauce and tamarind paste mixwell. Add honey and stir well add some water and keep stirring in low heat, let it cook for 10mins until sauce become thickened and switch off heat.

Place the prawns into spicy honey and tamarind sauce and stir well.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rice or as you like. Thank you
