Ingredients

  1. 6quail, split and clean, rub with lemon juice
  2. 150 mlwater to blend the seasoning
  3. Ground Spices:
  4. 5-7 clovegarlic
  5. 2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. 2 cmgingger
  7. 7-10 tablespooncoriander roasted (adjust to your taste)
  8. 1 tablespoonsalt
  9. 3-4lemon grass, thinly sliced
  10. 5keffir lime leaves
  11. 3bay leaves
  12. 3 cmgalangal

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the spices that have been ground with quail, bay leaves, galangal, and lime leaves, stir until evenly and let stand for about 2 hours or it could be overnight.

    Fry the chicken and the seasonings in lots of oil and on medium heat until golden brown.

    If it's cooked, remove it and serve it with a companion according to your taste.
