Pour a ladle full of dosa batter on hot tawa and spread gently. Simmer for a minute, allowing dosa to cook. Then run butter evenly.

Now put chopped onion, tomatoes, capsicum, grated carrot and cabbage in the centre. Also add salt, red chili powder, chat masala, pav bhaji masala, tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce and chopped coriander leaves. Mix and mash them with masher and spread stuffing covering the entire dosa.

Spread grated cheese and cook till cheese melts and dosa turns golden brown and crisp. Fold it.

Cut into pieces. Apply some cheese on top and enjoy hot jini dosa simply or with coconut chutney.
