  • as requiredTamarind paste
  • 2 table spoonSalt
  • 2 table spoonDhaniya
  • 1 table spoonLal Mirchi powder
  • 1 table spoonZera powder
  • as requiredWhole cummin
  • 1 pinchBaking soda
  • 3 cupsBesan flour
  • 1 table spoonHaldi
  • as neededOil to fry
  • as per taste Chaat masala powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut mirchiya and clean inside then fill with some tamarind paste

    Mix besan flour with all the ingredients mentioned above make a thick paste.

  3. 3

    Heat up the oil in a kadhai and start to fry

  4. 4

    Make sure fry on medium flame after frying

    And sprinkle some chat powder on the top for good taste
