  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 2 tspchopped ginger
  • 1green chilli
  • 2 tspcorinader leaves
  • 2 tspcurry Leaves
  • handfulcashews broken
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper Powder
  • 1grated carrot(optional)

30 mins
  1. 1

    Soak all the flour and all the ingredients for 30 minutes

    Then add 1table spoon rava into the soaked flour before doing dosai
