In a pan heat some oil add ginger garlic paste then add cumin seeds, green chili and curry leave and saute all ingredients for 1 to 2 mints.

In a blender jar take yogurt add red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, turmeric powder, gram flour and blend well, then Add approximately 1 liter water in it.

Now pour the mixture in pan we have prepared in step 1. Let it simmer for 30 to 60 mints or until the sauce thickened.

For pakora add all ingredients in a bowl and make a paste with water.

When you are done with the mixture fry it in a preheated karahi. Pakory are ready now add them in sauce (karhi).

Make tarka in fry pan and put it on karhi. Serve the karhi pakora with zeery waly rice.
