Coat the paneer with little turmeric powder,salt and chilli powder and shallow fry it.

In a pan dry roast the besan powder and keep aside

In a pan add the oil and ghee then add the cumin seeds,cloves,cardamom, cinnamon stick to this then add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.

Once its sauted add the chilli,coriander, turmeric, cumin and garam masala powder then add the tomatos.

Once the oil shows up above the mixture add the besan and then the curd.then mix it well.

Add sufficient water and boil the gravy.once it starts boiling add the paneer and cook under low flame.add the kasuri methi leaves and mix well.

Add the coriander leaves and turn of the flame.serve hot
