Before 15 mins. take out the kababs out of the freezer before thawing. Now insert the sticks inside it.

Heat a flat pan & thaw it for about 5 mins by turning it from each sides. Remove it from the pan.

Now take some cheese slices & vertically cut them into 5 pieces. Now roll it over hot kababs & place it over the hot pan for a min. so that the cheese sticks properly with the kababs. Do the same with the rest of the kababs.

Your cheese chicken seekh kababs are now ready. Serve them hot with mayo or mint chutney.
