Cut the corners of the bread slices & roll the slices with a rolling pin for thin slices. Keep aside.

Squeeze any extra water from the grated carrots & cabbage. Mix well with capsicums

Add cream, cheese, green chillies, sauce, black pepper, salt to the vegetables

Mix lightly & thoroughly & chill for sometime

Place spoonfulls of the mixture at one end of the rolled slice

Gently & tightly roll the slice

Seal the ends with little water

Place the cigars on cling film, roll & twist the 2 sides like toffees
- 9
Chill the cigars for 2-3 hours in an air-tight container. Serve chilled.
