Fluffy boiled rice!
Steps

First of all take 2 glasses of basmati rice, wash it a couple of times and soak in water for 30 minutes

Take a deep pan and add 4 glasses of water, 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp vinegar or 1 lemon juice, 2 tbsp oil, 2 bay leaves, 4 cloves and 3 green cardamom and bring it to a boil.

After a boil, strain already soaked rice and add in the boiling water.

Keep high flame and dry all the water.

When all the excess water dries, lower the flame to the minimum, cover the pot and let it cook for 7 minutes.

After 7 minutes, turn off the flame and wait for another 5 minutes before opening the lid.

After 5 minutes, open the lid and mix it slightly from bottom to top.
