Mysore Masala Dosa Chutney-Red chutney

Soak dry red chilli for half an hour.

Heat a pan add oil, ginger garlic, curry leaves and chillies. Sauté it. Add onion and cook it little.

Let it cool then transfer to a mixer jar. Add soaked chillies, coriander leaves and make a smooth paste.

Add little water if required. Add salt and transfer to a bowl.

Use this chutney for mysore dosa.
