1pkt pasta
100 grmscheddar cheese
3tomatoes
2 clovegarlic
Salt,
Spices
Water
3 tbspoil

Put the pasta to boil for 5 mins unti tender.

Meanwhile make the sauce. blend the tomatoes with half cup water. Chop the garlic cloves into tiny cubes

Put a pan on heat, add in the oil, add in the chopped garlic. Fry a little and pour in it the tomato puree

Mix, add in the spices and let it cook on low heat. Spices could be red chilli powder,ground black pepper. Add salt

When the tomatoes look cooked, add in the drained pasta. Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the cheese on top and serve hot
