First grate the lauki add a pinch of salt and keep aside for ten mins.

After ten min it will leave out water so squeeze the water out in a small vessel and retain the water. Now to grated and drained lauki add wheat flour Besan and all the masala mix well. Now slowly add the water that was drained out and make a soft dough.

Make small ball flatten it and dust a little dry atta over it.

Roll to thin roti and cook on hot tawa by smearing oil on both sides.

Cook till you get brown spots on both the sides.
