Sort besan flour and take it in a plate add 2 spoons ghee and 2 spoons milk mix it with fingers.

Again add 2 spoon milk and mix it then grind it for 3 rounds in mixi jar.

Soak kesar in hot water.

Heat a pan add 1 cup ghee once ghee is hot add besan flour and keep stirring and mixing until it changes its colour.

In one more pan add sugar and water prepare 2 layered sugar syrup. Add kesar water and cardamom powder to it.

Add it to besan and keep stirring until it comes to thick consistency.

Transfer it to mould once it's cool completely then cut it.
