Ingredients

  • 4potato boiled
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 2chopped tomato
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • As neededoil
  • As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, once jeera splutter, add finely chopped tomato and cooked well.

    Add all dry spices and little water.

    Cooked 2 to 3 minute and add more water for gravy.

  4. 4

    Add boiled potato, take a boil to gravy.

    Switch off gas and serve with puri.
