This chutney had that unique charred flavour of tandoor .. it will go really well with kebabs , tikkas almost anything ..

Steps

Make some cuts on the capsium as shown. Then use a fork and keep the capsium on flame.

Keep turning it, you'll see the skin will turn black.

Immediately, put them in water and rub a lil bit and the burnt skin come off.. but nor completely. Cut off the head and remove the seeds.

Now make a tempering, in 1/2 tbsp oil add, Mustard and curry leaves let it splutter.

Now, in a chutney maker, add, green chillies, coriander leaves, sugar, salt, tempering and Lemon juice.

Grind and serve with your favourite snacks.
