Ingredients

  1. 2boiled potatoes
  2. 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  3. As neededFew Bread Slices
  4. 1 Cupcurd
  5. 1/4 tsp salt
  6. 1/4tsp Chat Masala
  7. As per taste Salt
  8. Tempering
  9. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds and mustard seeds
  10. 8-10curry leaves
  11. 1/4 tsp hing
  12. 1 tsp Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the boiled potatoes. Add red chilli powder, salt and chat masala.

  2. 2

    Mix the mixture well.

  3. 3

    Cut the bread slice in round shape.

  4. 4

    Apply the potato mixture on the Bread slice on one side.

  5. 5

    Heat some oil in a pan. Toast bread with potato side downwards.

  6. 6

    Let it cook till the potato mixture turns golden brown.

  7. 7

    Now spread some curd on the other side.

  8. 8

    Put a spoonful of tempering on the curd.

  9. 9

    Combo of hot and cold and tempting dish is ready.
