Lately, odading snacks have become a trend and viral on social media. This type of cake is so good to a company your afternoon tea or coffee . So I made it Australian version by #keziasmithkitchen, let's try it👍

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt until blended. Set aside.
In a different container, beat the eggs, but not too long. - 2
Add the flour mixture to the egg beaten. Mix well.
Pour warm water little by little while kneading by hand until the dough is evenly mixed and smooth.
Let the dough sit in a closed container until it expands for 30 minutes. - 3
Take a little dough then round it. Sprinkle sesame seeds on one side. Repeat this step until the dough runs out.

Heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the cake until cooked and turn brownish yellow. Remove and drain.
Ready to be served, with your afternoon tea or coffee.
