Steps

Crumble paneer

Mash it lightly with palm for 5 mins. Do not put too much pressure.

Add 1 tbsp maida & 1 tbsp rava.

Mash it again for 05 min and bring it together

Make small balls.

In a deep vessel add 01 cup sugar and 04 cups water

Step 7- stir, add 5-6 cardamom(elaichi) and bring it to boil

Start dropping balls slowly and cover for 10min on high flame.

Open and you will see that rasgulla size is double
- 10
Switch off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl and before serving to bring it room temperature or if you want to keep it in the freezer for 20 mins to serve it cold.
