Ingredients

  • 1ltr whole cream milk,
  • 1/2 cup sugar -or add more if you like it sweet,
  • as required pistachios, almonds- chopped finely as much as you like
  • a pinch, saffron
  • 1/4 tsp-,elaichi powder

Steps

    Bring milk to a hard boil then simmer and keep on stirring till the milk comes to dosa batter consistency. Add sugar. Stir again as milk will liquidify. Again bring to dosa batter consistency. Add the chopped dry fruits, saffron, elaichi powder. Boil for another 10 minutes so the flavours get soaked in the rabdi. There you go, your mouth watering rabdi is ready
