  • 1 cupSpinach puree
  • 1 cupChana white boiled
  • 1 cupMakhana
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 1Cinnamon stick
  • 3Tomato
  • 3 tbspOnion paste
  • 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 2 tbspFresh cream
  • 1 tbspRaesin
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste

  1. 1

    Blanch spinach and make a puree.boil the wedges of tomatoes strainit and make puree. Heat a wok add butter now add cinnamon stick bay leaf and onion paste fry it now add ginger garlic paste add salt turmeric powder red chilli powder garam masala green chilli paste add tomato puree.let it cook till the oil get separated.add boiled chana makhana in it and mix it well. After 5 min.add cream raisins and spinach add little water and cook it for 10 to15 min. And serve it hot with roti or parantha
