Ingredients

  1. 200 gmscashew
  2. to tasteSalt according
  3. 1/2 tbsblack pepper powder
  4. 1/2 tbschat masala powder
  5. 1/4 tbsred chilli powder (optional)
  6. 1 tbspdesi ghee
  7. 1/2 tbslemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    In a voke add ghee when hot add cashews stir continuously until golden brown in texture(can roast in microwave)

    Remove on a plate add salt,black pepper powder,chat masala powder,red chilli powder stir so that masala cover all roasted cashews

  3. 3

    If you want to enjoy at once add lemon juice and stir it, now your roasted cashews is ready for serve but if you want to store it for later can store it in airtight container (avoid lemon juice).

    It is easy and quick breakfast for serve any time.
