Steps

Coarsely chop chicken into very small chunks.

Then add Ginger Garlic paste, Vinegar, Soy sauce, dry spices, Food colour and salt. marinate it for 15 min.

Then add Maida and mix it well. If the mixture is not binding properly then add extra Maida.

Make the balls (Similar to Manchurian balls) and deep fry it till its colour get dark red and crispy.

For Sauce Directly Mix all the above sauce ingredients and drizzle it over the chicken balls.
