1Medium Flour or Corn Tortilla
1/2 CupCarnitas (See My Carnitas Recipe)
1/2 CupCilantro Lime Rice (See My Cilantro Lime Rice Recipe)
1/2Lime (Juice)
1-2 TbspChopped Cilantro
1-2 TbspCrumbled Cotija Cheese
1-2 TbspDiced Onion
1-2 TbspSour Cream (Optional)
1-2 TbspGuacamole (Optional)

Heat Tortilla in a skillet. Layer all the ingredients in center of Tortilla. Squeeze Lime Juice over the top. Fold and close Tortilla.
