Take a bowl and add soaked saggo,green chillies,red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves,ginger And crushed peanuts And mix it well..now add mashed potatoes And mix it properly And make a gud dough.

Now make the small balls of the dough And then press them softly with your palms

Now heat the ghee And put into saago Vada for frying on the medium flame to make them crispy..

Now off the flame Set aside Vada's in the tissue paper in a plate to soak the extra ghee...Spicy Crispy Sabudana Vada is ready to serve with Coconut Coriander Chutney

For Chutney........Take a grinder And add grated fresh coconut, coriander leaves,green chillies rock salt,lemon juice And water....now grin it for 3mins to make a fine paste

Coconut Coriander Chutney is ready to serve
