Cut the pork loin chops in half.

Pound them with a meat mallet until thin.

Season with the crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat a skillet with a little oil and cook the pork on both sides.

Add the marinade to the skillet. Finish cooking over low heat with the skillet covered.

Remove the pork steaks and sauté the onion, thinly sliced, in the same skillet for a few minutes.

Serve with cooked rice.
