Vegetable Daliya Khichdi

I am sharing the recipe of Vegetable Daliya Khichdi made with daliya, split moong dal and mixed vegetables.
It is a perfect dinner option to be served along with curd, papad and pickle.
Vegetable Daliya Khichdi

I am sharing the recipe of Vegetable Daliya Khichdi made with daliya, split moong dal and mixed vegetables.

Cooking Instructions

Wash and Soak dal with enough water for 15 mins. Keep dry roasted Daliya and Chopped vegetables aside.

Heat ghee/oil in a pressure cooker, add hing, cumin seeds, mustard seeds. Let it crackle, then add onion, saute for 2 mins. Add tomatoes too and cook till mushy.

Now add all vegetables, saute for 2 mins. Add Daliya and soaked dal too, mix well and satue for 2 more mins. Then add 3 cups of water and boils it. Close the lid and cook to 3 whistles.

Vegetable daliya khichdi is ready. Serve with curd, papad and pickle.
